About our Tours

First and foremost we are flexible, want to see something in the area that isn't included in our tour, that's fine we can accommodate with advanced notice.  Most days consist of between 200 and 400 miles rides, not up for that many miles?  We can accommodate for that too.  We are here to make sure that you have a great time on your vacation no matter what that takes!  Sometimes we group tours together (your group and another group) when this happens we make sure that the two groups are compatible with one another (i.e. we won't put fast sportbike riders together with a scenic tour group.)  Pillion riders are welcome on all tours, the full price of the tour is not doubled when this occurs, we will give a special rate when this occurs, usually just our overhead on food and lodging.  We generally don't like to do more than groups of 10, if you would like to schedule a larger group we may be able to accommodate that request as long as everyone involved is okay with that idea.  It is generally advised to book your tour as far in advance as possible to ensure that you get the tour dates that you want.  Tours are available anytime from March through November.

Prices are per rider and are based on double occupancy.

2 day 1 night     $259.99 + tax

3day 2 night      $444.99 + tax

4day 3 night      $629.99 + tax

What is included with my package?

2 day 1 night package

Everyone going on the tour will meet in a predetermined location the first morning of the tour.  Once we meet up we will put a few miles on and stop for lunch.  After lunch we will continue to ride until supper time.  We may or may not have already reached our lodging at supper time, if we have not we will continue on to our destination for the night after supper.  Once we reach our lodging point for the evening we will relax, socialize, have a good time and then get some sleep. The next day we will have breakfast and go ride.  Lunch will also be included the second day.  After lunch we will ride back towards the tour ending point.  Depending on your request we can stay out and ride until dark or end the tour in the early afternoon, what ever works for you.

 

3 day 2 night, and 4 day 3 night packages

Everything that is in the 2 day 1 night package plus 1 or 2 days spent riding with 3 meals per day and lodging at the end of the day.

 

 

 

Payment...

1/2 of the total cost of your package is due 10 days before arrival, the balance is due on arrival.  We can take a personal check for the deposit but we must recieve it 14 days before your arrival,  balance is to be paid in cash, personal check, or Postal money order.

 

There are a few options opon arriving in East Tennessee.

1)  Ride in and meet up with us

2)  Trailer in and leave your truck/trailer at our head quarters in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

3)  Ship your bike to us before hand, we will be glad to pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

4)  Fly in and rent a bike from one of the many local businesses that offer rentals.
